My wife and me,with our three boys, booked and spend time in two rooms over two days when we arrived to Vietnam. The staff was very welcoming right away. Nancy in the hotel gave us good instruction and booked restaurants for us in the evenings and the management also helped us with a full day trip in Hanoi.We can strongly recommend the hotel.
