Pousada em sí é boa. Funcionários educados e solícitos, café da manhã não tinha tantas opções, mas muito gostoso e bem feito. O que eu nao gostei é que o colchão era partido pra aumentar o tamanho da cama. Com isso meu filho que dormia entre nós sempre ficava no vão o deixando desconfortável.

Excelente custo benefício! O diferencial é a simpatia e cordialidade dos colaboradores. Áreas comuns bem agradáveis, o local está passando por reformas de melhorias. O local tem acesso por uma rua bem íngrime. Existe uma área de churrasqueira que pode ser usada pelos hóspedes. Disponibilizam dispenses com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido. A tarde cafezinho com bolo. A cama do quarto que fiquei não estava em boas condições, tirando isso tudo perfeito!

A estrutura da pousada é adequada, mas a localização deixa a desejar. Fica em uma ladeira bastante íngreme, o que dificultou o acesso. Muitos motoristas de aplicativos se recusaram a fazer a corrida, e os que aceitaram mostraram descontentamento com a subida. Além disso, tive problemas com o quarto. Embora fosse espaçoso, faltavam móveis essenciais, como uma mesa ou cadeira para apoiar a mala. Os travesseiros eram finos e a coberta de solteiro não era suficiente para uma cama de casal. Tive dificuldades com a água do banheiro, que não esquentava, e não recebi a atenção necessária para resolver o problema, depois de várias vezes reclamar, eu tive que pedir para trocar de quarto, ninguém ofereceu a troca. Após solicitar um cobertor extra, fui informada de que não havia disponibilidade. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, mas com opções limitadas. Infelizmente, não voltaria devido à localização, já que Arraial é uma cidade pequena e ideal para explorar a pé.
