The apartment is very nice and furnished very nicely. The master bed is big and comfortable. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the carmel center and is equipped with a parking space, a necessity in this area. The nice bay view is a bit hidden by the building in front.

Check in was very smooth as far as securing the key from the lock box and getting settled. We did have to wait about 45-60 minutes for them to come by and officially check us in, but it wasn't a big deal. The apartment itself was ok but had a few minor issues: we found two black hairs in the master bed, the bathroom door was very difficult to close as the door jam area appeared damaged, and the second bedroom has one light fixture completely missing. The wifi was decent and the location was close to the gardens. Very much appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge and coffee fixings on the counter.
