Zusaetzlich wurden aus Versehen 440 Eur abgebucht (Erstattung wurde durchgeführt) Die Managerin Paula war sehr unfreundlich, Feindlich und unprofessionell. Wir haben uns geeinigt, die Buchung zu stornieren und sind in einanderes Hotel mit Essen und freundlichem Manager umgezogen
