Very smooth check in experience. Easy walk from the bus stops and ferry terminal. Room was clean. Washbasin was inside a wardrobe kind of setting which was bit inconvenient but overall room was spacious. We got room with balcony which helped to get some fresh air as and when needed. Great location in central Heraklion. Room was large but the shower and sink in our room were located in the middle of the room (not a separate bathroom; the toilet is a WC in a separate room). It means zero privacy for the shower. The staff wasn't warm but everyone was nice enough. There are fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. The port is also walking distance. There's a bus stop the other direction about 5 min away that goes to the airport or to Knossos. The location seriously can't be beat.

I had to find a place to stay in Crete and I had no idea and just pick somewhere On Expedia. I am so glad I found this hotel. I would definitely stay here anytime I was in the city. They have most comfortable beds and pillows! And every single person in the staff was amazing. Oh, I don’t wanna forget to tell you about the breakfast. It was amazing!
