Asli was very helpful. Rest of staff not helpful. Facilities are aging poorly and needs update of AC, ceiling fans about to fall. Certainly no longer a 3 star facility. Good location.

Amazing for its price!
Staff were always really cheerful and ready for help, hotel was located within 10 minutes walking distance to Alaçatı Centrum, breakfast was also very rich and rooms were clean. Definetely a place so stay for people on a budget.

Hatten nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen was wir gebucht hatten. Stattdessen ein Zimmer was wohl größer ist , war dreckig der Whirlpool ging nicht. Mussten mit kaltem Wasser duschen auf Nachfrage hieß es lasst es länger laufen haben es ca 20 min laufen lassen war immernoch kalt. Koffer mussten wir alleine tragen. Als wir ankamen war einfach niemand an der Rezeption dort war eine Nummer hinterlegt nach mehrfachen Anrufen kam trotzdem niemand.

Great stay
A really lovely hotel with friendly staff and nice atmosphere to relax. Only downside is the rather poor internet on the top floor (not the case in lower floors). We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Also Angefangen hat es damit das auf der Karte eine falsche Adresse makiert war, wir haben gesucht und gesucht bis wir mit Hilfe von Einheimischen die Unterkunft gefunden haben. Das einzig Gute war das Frühstück und der eigene Whirpool auf der Terasse in der gebuchten Suite. Allerdings gab es so einiges was uns gar nicht gefallen hat! Die Deckenhöhe war schlimm, viel zu niedrig, einige Male haben wir uns am Kopf gestoßen. Wenn man ins Bad will muss man sich richtig bücken um da rein zu gehen. Es ist halt ein Dachboden gewesen, den man etwas ausgebaut hat und nun versucht man damit Geld zu machen... Einige Funktionen am Whirpool waren defekt. Die Spülung an der Toilette lief und lief.Trotz Info und angeblicher Behebung hatten wir dieses Problem. Nach dem ersten Mal Toilettenpapier abrollen, fiel das ganze Ding von der Wand. Der W-Lan Empfang war total bescheiden... Es war allgemein alles bisschen gammlig... Beim Frühstück haben die wilden Katzen uns ständig genervt, immer wieder versuchten sie auf den Tisch zu springen... Da die Suite auf dem Dachboden ist, mussten wir so einige Stufen überwinden, eine Herausforderung! eine groß, eine klein sodass man schnell stolpern kann...
