check in is not clear, I told them a month in advance that I will arrive late and they said will leave the key in the mailbox but never told me which mailbox, apparently there are another mailbox upstairs.so I waste time trying to look for it. the manager hurry yamamoto is very rude.I told him I bring my 2 young daughter age3&5 he said need to pay additional charges 30000yen for the kids,I agreed as long they set up additional futon.apparently his wife is waiting or me in the condo to set it up.he called me angrily why I made her waiting.I apologized and said I didn't know.it's a misunderstanding because of the language barrier.he rudely said this is japan!must speak japanese!then he insulted me by calling me a liar, that I cannot be trusted, and I cannot stay there if I don't pay the additional fee now.did he forget that I already paid full through the website and now wants to kick me out of there?told him I will leave the cash inside the mailbox and he can collect it anytime.but his wife come in the morning unannounced to collect the money with no respect to our privacy at all. The heater in the bedroom broken,so the 4 of us sleep in the living room&kitchen because it was freezing cold.already told them about this and they only change it on the last day of my 4 night stay.the bathroom is super cold.showering is a torture.the manager offensive attitude&rudeness made my stay there unbearable,I can't wait to get out of that place.it was a horrible experience
