Rare, budget friendly gem near Chopin Airport.
Air Hotel is one of my absolute favorites while in Warsaw. It provides a free shuttle to hotel and to the airport. Modern facility with large rooms, very clean, high level of customer care. Nice choices at the restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great value hotel with no compromise in standard of care

Overall, if you need to stay a day or so, it’s okay. It’s close to the airport, but other than that I can’t recommend this hotel. The front desk staff is incompetent. I asked for an iron, no one brought it to me, so I had to go and find housekeeping myself to ask for an iron. Same day I asked what time is the check out. The lady said at 12pm but you can stay until 1pm (my shuttle bus was scheduled for 1:30pm). Next day at 12 pm housekeeping knocked on the door and was like “oh, I’m sorry, they said you left”. Like what??? So now I’m at the check out and the receptionist just randomly started talking russian to me. I said “excuse me?” And he was like “do you speak russian?” Why in the world? I don’t speak russian. I came to the front desk and IN ENGLISH said I’m checking out. No, I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend this hotel.
