We had done the booking 6 months in advance and paid the money but When we reached the guest house they were not even aware about the booking, they forgot to check saying that it was a mistake. The room was not ready.they offered us a room which looks so different from what they show. The toilet is not even attached to the room. In fact the toilet has a shed on the top and not even a proper door. After we refused to accept the room they transferred us to the neighboring guest house. That room was ok. The toilet sink tap was not working and they said that we can use the bath tap to wash our hands, ridiculous. They got a plumber in the night to fix who couldn’t do it..... the hotel doesn’t even give the hand wash soaps - forget about the other toiletries
Overall it was a real bad experience. Regret staying in that place...... the guest house looks very shady too
