The worse experience ever !!!!!!

A bad experience!!! I had to wait in the street for more than 1 hour before somebody came to open the door. The outside communication button does not work. The "hotel" has no reception and no breakfast. Even worse, it has no elevator and I counted 69 steps to get to my room with my luggage. When I left, there was nobody to help me go down with my luggage. I had asked for a taxi the day before and it never arrived. No cable TV; just Italian channels.
