We were a bit nervous about this place based on other reviews but found this to be a nice visit. We stayed Feb 24-March 5. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Of course the free drinks might be a bit watered down but not too bad and i did feel the effects. Lol. House keeping did a great job and our room was made every day and fridge kept getting restocked. Food was good and they did have at least something different every day. A few slightly annoying things was every day by 9am some of the breakfast items would be picked over and i never saw any scrambled eggs in the pan. The ala cart reservation thing was VERY annoying with having to be up and in line by 630 or 645am!! I mean you are on vacation man!! It would have been nice to sleep in. Other resorts let you make the reservation at 3pm. Why not do that or 1pm? Too the having to go down and put a towel on a beach chair by 645 sucked. I know that is not unusual for resorts but has to be a better way! Lastly, i really wish there would have been a guy or band doing steel drums every few days on the beach. Would have taken the experience from a "maybe we will come back" to a for sure....

Beach access and swimming area was nice. Consistent hot water. Good wifi in room. Rarely restocked mini bar. Rarely replaced or provided hand towels, bath mats, and wash cloths. No soap dish. Limited and inconsistent cocktails. Although the front desk took down room number and “issue,” they rarely followed through to resolve the issue.
