The room was excellent. It had south facing outdoor terrace with sunbeds chairs and a table. The interior was well furnished with a very comfortable bed.
We had half board. The food quality and variety for both breakfast and dinner was very good. Unfortunately, the dining area was very noisy and needs acoustic panelling to reduce sound levels.
Both the pools are well maintained, warm and inviting. However, there is a strong smell of cooking from the snack bar in the quiet pool area. Also, if people are smoking, the smoke tends to hang around.
The staff are helpful but, as happened with us, find it difficult to resolve issues- the payment for our booking had not been registered on their system so we ended up paying twice before receiving a refund. I suspect there is a failure to delegate responsibility within the Radisson system.
The hotel is a significant distance from the small beach especially if you have young children. The design of the hotel also means that there are long treks from most rooms to and from the pools or restaurant. Ground floor rooms have direct access to pools and public areas.
The Spa is pretty basic and costs a significant amount extra- you may consider whether it is worth it.
This is a good hotel, but in our view, overpriced. You may wish to go B&B and eat out on some evenings.
