The staff was professional and friendly as well as very helpful. They gave me a better room than I had at first been booked for. I would say the disappointment came from the elevators, not being reliable. Also, my room was recently redone and that’s why I think the remote for the TV didn’t work and there was no hand soap in the bathroom sink. Otherwise it was great. Very comfortable cleaning. Very convenient location.

This hotel is being modernized/refreshed as a Crowne Plaza. However, the hallways and rooms are many years overdue to be refreshed. Furniture is pretty skinned up, carpet it worn, bathtub has scratches, etc. The location is great and the price isn't bad considering what the same rooms would cost of they were up to current standards.

We got a room that was not already renovated. It was old and pretty decrepit. The air conditioner barely worked. I don't think you get the good rooms through Expedia. The rest of the hotel looked nice though. The staff were great and brought us up a fan and a refrigerator so that was nice. Located in a great part of town close to everything.
