The checkin went smoothly, the room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was lackluster, we were hot all night. The shower water was tepid. One of the bedside lights was broken and fell out of its housing. But great location, decent price, quiet. Nice staff.

It’s your choice to save.
The hotel is conveniently located. It’s needs a revamp of furniture in the rooms and a on remodel shower/bathtub. The pricing is less cheaper then staying at a 5 star hotel. But you’re in NY so it’s just a place to rest and sleep. I would recommend it to others.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Restaurant is closed and there is only a small area to sit in lobby. Most rooms are badly in need of updating - peeling paint, cracked and discolored caulk in bath, outdated electrical. For the price, the only advantage was location!

This hotel was what I expected based on the price point. It's location was GREAT for navigating Time Square, Central Park & Broadway shows. The renovated rooms look modern but lack quality amenities & furnishings. Our stay was 4 days, 3 nights, and we just needed a quick place to get ready and crash at night. It served that purpose well - and the staff were always friendly and helpful!

Acceptable place to sleep
This was an acceptable place to stay for sleep. The room itself was dated, with visible mold in the bathroom and peeling paint on the ceilings and walls. There was no option to adjust the temperature in the room, which was chilly. Staff did bring an additional blanket when requested. It was fine, again, as a place to just sleep at night. Check-in took >30 minutes to wait in line. The line at the desk was consistently exceptionally long.
