Terrible customer service!
We haven't stayed at this hotel. The room that we booked through hotels.com was already given away. The owner had no similar room left. We were offered two rooms (for a total of 4 people) instead of one familyroom (for 5 people) of which one room had no airconditioning. The owner was very shorttempered and blamed us, because, according to him, we booked too late. The owner also smoked at the reception while communicating with customers. The reception is down the staircase. Because of this both the reception and the upperfloor were filled with smoke and a smell of cigarettes. Due to the hostility of the owner and the fact that we weren't given what we booked ,we decided to cancell. The owner doesn't know how to work a computer. There is only one person in the hotel that can work with the computer (and the bookings of hotels.com). This person was not present and because of that it was extremely difficult to cancel.
