Terrible Experience!
Had booked this place at a pretty high price for five days a month in advance. Never received any email or phone call ahead of our visit for the access code to enter the house. We (including 2 older parents, 2 little kids) got there after all day of travel to find out that we cannot enter the house. Called and left VMs for the owner multiple times but got no response. Had to book another hotel for that night and later next day too. Started calling her again the next day, same thing - no response. Finally could speak with the unbelievably rude, unprofessional, unethical owner the second day. She had no apologies, didn't agree to refund the two day charges, instead was arguing given it was entirely their fault.
Mistakes happen but can be sorted out once found out. Any other ethical owner would had accepted that they forgot to contact us, didn't return our phone calls all night and next morning, should had refunded our money then and there and ideally should had paid for our other place or had given a complimentary one day stay at her place but she did NOTHING and instead had such an awful behavior toward us.
Place isn't that great either for the price they charged.
