Very lovely hotel with lots of very good amenities. 24 hour reception desk was always available and the hotel room cleaned daily and toiletries replaced. Very close to Metro station and easy to get around the area conveniently. I had an amazing quiet 5 night stay at the hotel and an excellent overall experience. Thankyou Fenicius Hotel.

The room 409 smelled of damp moisture. The air condition blew air straight onto the bed, so had to turn it off. Tiny shower. Took 3 minutes to get warm water, but almost impossible to mix to a decent temperature. Paint falling from the ceiling.

Lovely modern hotel within walking distance of the old town in Alfama. Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable. There was a good range of items on offer as part of the continental breakfast including fresh fruit and a wide selection of cakes and pastries. The car park is very tight and large cars would struggle.

This hotel is well-located - just a short walk from a Metro station, (the airport is also on the Metro network) - and most of Lisbon's famous attractions are found within easy reach. The property itself is modern, clean and stylish… with very comfortable beds, good showers and reliable WiFi. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast (which is served in a nice, bright room on the 1st floor), and we'll be happy to go back to this hotel again in the future.
