I only stayed one night. Regret that I didn’t stayed longer. Wonderful place, clean, people friendly breakfast is more than good. This hotel is not good, but incredible. Highly recommend. Don’t stay only one night

The check in was unpleasant for me and I realised that I was not the only one who felt that way because my sister in law who checked in a few hours before me had the same less than pleasant experience that was not what we had come to expect of a Marriott establishment.

When I arrived, I had lost my JR Rail Pass in Tokyo. The hotel clerks called Tokyo and was able to locate it. I don’t think I could have done it because of my poor Japanese language. This was a miracle and I truly appreciate their efforts and patience.
