The staff seems more concerned about procedure than rules than using common sense to deliver a good customer experience. Very cold in their demeanor. Oceanview rooms face a batting cage. If you plan to sleep early, note that you will pinging of aluminum bats and laughter until 11 pm or so. A/C doesn't get really cold. Not uncomfortably warm, but if you prefer a really cold room, look elsewhere. Beds are comfortable, rooms were clean. Toilet has bidet features. Shower has a permanent half-width glass screen over the tub. Requires an effort to keep the water from spraying outside.

This hotel was clean, but not as nice as other hotels I have visited in Korea. The room was starting to show signs of wear and it was pretty basic for the price. We had problems with temperature control in our room and it would often be 30 C at night, despite having windows open and it being only 10 C outside. They brought up a fan, but the heat made it uncomfortable for sleeping. Apparently they only turn on the air conditioning at the end of April.

This hotel is 3/4stars not fully 4 stars frankly to say. Lot of gests are there, so long line up at the door of breakfast restaurant. But foods are good enough, you have to take foods with a like meeting desk not a food table. It is funny and strange. Also, you should sit on the chair of the pointed desk, you cannot choose your sit like an army. There is no gate staff in front of entrance gate. But the view to sea is fantastic and reasonable price.
