Friendly hotel in Quito
We stayed at this hotel twice, before and after our trip to the Galapagos Islands. It is a great place to stay in the historic center of Quito. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. On the day of our arrival, the city center was closed for a sporting event, and they sent personnel to pick us up several blocks from the hotel and help move our belongings.

This is a great hotel located in the historic center of Quito. The personnel are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. They assisted us with airport pick-up and drop-off at a reasonable price and organized local sightseeing trips.

This Quito stay was exceptional. Luisa, Luis and staff made everything very comfortable and easy during our 3night stay in June. Breakfast was always fresh. This is a great boutique hotel with a friendly, caring and helpful staff. They arranged for airport transfer late at night and made helpful recommendations. It is right in the heart of the historic center and easily walkable to most places. The breakfast was very good and the staff really wanted to help us learn more about their food and the country. The property is in a charming old building. It’s a little worn in a few places but very clean. Great stay in beautiful Quito.

Accommodating Staff/Charming Room in Colonial Area
Located a block away from the main plaza in the colonial section of Quito. Clean rooms and very personable and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a delight; a variety of local fruit was utilized and our server showed us examples of the raw fruit and how it was prepared. There are several patios to relax in, including a rooftop with a view if the city.
