This is our first time staying in an apartment while traveling. This property is definitely an upmarket property. Rooms are tastefully arranged / decorated. Location is within walking distance to old town. The apartment also overlooks the water. Matea was extremely helpful and responsive over texts. We 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

This apartment was very spacious, clean, updated and in a fantastic location right by the sea and a very short walk to Dubrovnik old town. The hostess was very nice and provided us with two pages Of restaurants and recommendations of things to do. There was a parking spot available. I’ll be at very tight, but since parking is so limited and hard to find in the area we’re grateful to have a parking spot in the garage. We loved having a washer, and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the sea. Felt safe and it was quiet, will definitely stay here again.

The perfect Villa in Dubrovnik. Very modern, clean and spacious. Matea was Super friendly and attentive to every question and request. Katija, the property manager, was extremely helpful both upon arrival as well as during our stay. The apartment was very roomy and spotlessly clean. There was even a clothes washer which came in handy. It is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to Old Town from the apartment.
