Özellikle rezervasyon yaparken oda özelliklerinin ayrıntısıyla ilgili tamamen Hotels.com dan kaynaklanan bazı sorunlar olsa da işletme sahibi Sergen Beyin problem çözmeye yönelik tutumu çok değerliydi. Suit odasının muhteşem manzarasını gölgeleyen tek şey merdivenleri. Temiz, keyifli bir butik otel.
