ŞİKAYET !!!!
Otelde ilgili tarihte konaklama yapmadım çünkü yer yoktu ve bu sizle otelin sorunuydu. Ayrıca paramı da hala geri alamadım. Otel de siz de paramı geri yatırmak adına hiçbir şey yapmadınız. Size cevap olarak şikayet maili göndermiştim fakat bu da dikkatinizi çekmedi sanırım. Ödemiş olduğum tutarın hesabıma geri yatırılmasını istiyorum !!!! Aksi takdirde ilgili makamlara sikayetimi taşıyacağımı bilmenizi isterim !!
