Overall amazing stay!

Overall everything was excellent with the Unique package and the Unique amenities. The non Unique areas were not kept up properly with trash all around the pool area. Make sure you bring cash, because their ATM machines do not work. The rooms were excellent and spacious. There is lots to do in the resort as well. The staff were wonderful and very kind. If you are a foodie make sure to get the Unique package as the quality of food is much better.

We booked the Unique experience and it was excellent. The staff are very attentive, food is very fresh and the beach is well maintained. Would highly recommend this upgrade. Although it is a large resort, it is well laid out and doesn't feel overwhelmingly busy. Definitely book the steakhouse and hibachi grill. Through Unique, you have access to a buffet for breakfast and lunch right off the beach with views of the ocean. They also offered lobster (included) 3/7 nights that we were here.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed 10 nights in the Unique section and had a fabulous time! Our butler Antonio organized all our a la cartes and the decorations, cake, champagne, balloons etc for my special birthday in our amazing ground floor room - all staff at the Unique beach bar were super friendly and helpful- even though we couldnt speak Spanish- a smile the universal language went a long way! - beach was superb and the pools were amazing- really had no complaints- only we could have stayed longer!
