I chose this hostel for the location inside the historic train station and opportunity to meet other travelers. The hostel hosts daily events and activities for guests. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were very modern. The bed was comfortable. Rooms felt secure. It is also close to popular attractions and public transit. I would stay here again.

The only criticism I have is that the showers didn’t have a ‘dry bit’ to keep towels and clothes etc while showering, I had to leave outside. Was a bit difficult to find but I think that’s just because of the roadworks. Everything else was fantastic, really really good value.

Best place to stay for solo female traveller

I had a great time staying there. The hostel is located in a very great area close to the cathedral, the Dom Luis Bridge and inside of the beautiful São Bento Train Station.
