Good hotel with convenient location
The accommodation is close to Ise train station. It has a car park but spaces are limited (there are other paid car parks nearby). The room is spacious and clean, but it would be better if the hotel could check the bidet condition more regularly. Overall it was a pleasant stay, would stay here again when visiting Ise.

Nice hotel. Clean. Good location. However there are only 2 elevators and 1 had broken down. So we had very long waiting times for the elevator and there was no alternative.The stairs weren't accessible. This was not very comfortable.

Room is clean and spacious, and front desk receptionists are helpful. A good spread of food for the complimentary breakfast. Appreciate the availability of umbrellas for guests to use on rainy days. However only a small number of parking lots are available for guests. Need to travel a distance to another carpark instead.

The hotel was comfortable and well situated by the train station and near the bus to Naiku.Bed was comfortable. Water pressurefine. Breakfast was quite tasty with east and west choices. I would recommend.

This place is walkable to shopping and eating area. Parking was easy. The breakfast has good selection. They have 3 washer/dryer on the second floor for 500yen. The only downside was they only gave us 2 flat pillow and 2 toothbrush even though its for 4 people. The room is clean and the AC was good air. Regular channels on the tv nothing special.

Our granddaughters said the complimentary breakfast was the best they had during the entire trip. We would agree. It was varied and delicious, with both cereal, yogurt, as well as Japanese dishes. The rooms were nice and spacious.

Very convenient to visit Ise. Also, they had wonderful free breakfast. However, we could not handle the smell from the bathroom. Since we stayed only one night, we did not ask the hotel to change the room, we were also not sure if merely changing the room would help eliminating the smell. The staff were very nice, good breakfast, convenient visiting Ise.

The hotel is a short walk from both the Iseshi station (JR and Kintetsu lines) and the outer Ise shrine complex. In-between are all sorts of shops and restaurants and bus connections to the inner shrine complex. It couldn’t be more conveniently located. The hotel is excellent, as these relatively low cost hotels go. They serve a surprisingly nice complimentary breakfast. The rooms might be tight for a Westerner, unless you take one of the larger options.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Good size rooms. Excellent breakfast. I would have given them five stars but for one thing. They won't take payment for baggage forwarding. Most hotels will allow you to pay to have your bags shipped to another hotel or the airport. This hotel refuses to do that which means your bags show up at their destination with money due. Most hotels will not accept bags with shipping charges due. If you aren't there when the bags arrive, the hotel refuses them and they go back to the shipping company. Then you have to arrange to fetch them. Even if you ARE present, meaning you can't leave the hotel until your bags come, it's a big deal because the shipper has to wait around while the front desk calls you down and you make the payment. Those guys are in a hurry and don't like to sit around waiting to be paid. It's just a headache all around. Almost all hotels will let you pay when you ship. Why this one does not is a mystery. Hence, minus one star.
