Loved it - The place is fantastic with a great pool and the owners were wonderfull. We arrived with a baby in a heat wave and they upgraded us to a bigger room with air-con which was very kind. Location was perfect to explore the region and Saint-Emilion Highly recommended!

Really pretty property right in the vineyards. Highly recommend to those visiting St. Emilion. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hosts (owners) were very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel has clearly been neglected since it opened. Maybe this was due to COVID, but the photos are nothing like the property and amenities now. Very disappointed for the price paid.

Stayed at the property 4 nights, house keeping very poor, second day came to clean but only made bed without the comforter sheets, no fresh towels. Second day came brought fresh towels , took out the trash and said will be back for rest of cleaning never came back. 3rd day no trash pick up , no fresh towels , no one showed up.
