    Buena estancia. Mala comunicación

    Espacioso, cómodo, buenas camas, con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Cerca de la terminal de tren y buses y fácil de llegar caminando al centro. Tuvimos varios problemas 1. La llave hay que ir a buscarla a otra dirección, alejada del dpto, 2. con la conexión de wifi que tardaron dos dias en dar la clave correcta. 2. Querían cobrarnos por el check in tarde 30euros, lo solucionamos porque dejaron la llave en un buzón. 3. Preguntamos con anticipación (mañana del día anterior) por check out 3 horas más tarde (o sea a las 13) y nos contestaron recién a las 12 de ese día que por cada hora extra nos cobraban 15euros. Si lo hubiesemos sabido nos íbamos a la hora. Reclamamos pero igual nos cobraron. Problemas que apañan el buen lugar.
