Leaky taps. Bed very very hard. Broken tiles in bathroom. We had to call room service 7 times and wait 30 mins for bath towels. Only received 1 towel for 2 people. I booked for 3 rooms. On arrival was given 1 room. Told them that I had booked for 3 rooms. They were strugling to get rooms for us. Took them hours to give us rooms. And so we missed some important commitments as they didnt give rooms on time. I had booked well in advance. Looks like so poor in management.

Clean, but uncomfortable
This was a last minute booking as we had an early morning flight out of Labasa. Other hotels were booked. We knew this hotel wasn't fancy - we were okay with that. On the positive side, it was clean and the shower worked well. Also, the A/C worked well and was welcome after staying in an island village for the prior 5 days. On the negative side, the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Also, the toilet had an internal leak and we could hear the drip, drip, drip all night long - even with the bathroom door closed.

I believe the pictures are outdated and this property surely needs a lot of maintenance. There were no lifts and we had to carry our big suitcases to level 1. Shower head was broken, had terrible stench coming from it. Bed sheets had stains on them and the bed was hard rock, very uncomfortable. Needs deep cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Location was great and we received a voucher for breakfast.

Very dirty and mattress has lot of stains and bathroom and everything is very dirty. I feel pity for the owner that the employees not cleaning up the room. They gave us the room and bathroom is not flushing.. Nasty apartment. Pls don't show this apartment.
