We had an issue with the pillow in this hotel. The one which is in this room is just like a tree log and we did not even consider it as a pillow. It's very hard and big, not appropriate for sleep.
Apparently, that's why they have other pillows to choose at the lobby. However, by the time we arrived, all the pillows were gone.
I am sorry for the front desk staff that have to deal with this problem, although it's a problem of the product operations manager who chose them from the very beginning.
After long negotiations, staff did a great job and was able to deal with my request. Also, the bedside plug did not work, so they provided me with the extension cord to use the other plug.
The staff in this hotel was professional and very helpful.
That's the only reason I give this hotel a high evaluation.
Other that that, it was pretty disappointing. When you book a hotel with this price, you expect it at least to have a normal pillow and working electric appliances. I had issues with both.
During the buffet-style breakfast, kitchen staff was very helpful to guide me through the allergens, since I have a lot of food restrictions.
The security system... You cannot go directly to the rooms, you need to go through the lobby to access elevator leading to the rooms. However, I felt that the code system of the room is very complicated. Also, I felt that if you lose the receipt with your code, someone can easily access you room.
