We had the best stay at this NYC hotel. Not only was service over the top but the free breakfast was amazing! Our room was clean and tidy. Our view was great.

Hotel was great. Comfy beds. Small rooms however it is nyc so I’m sure that’s common. Good walking distance to many things around. Subway station just a short 5 min walk.

Rooms are clean, new and bed comfy . That’s all. The rooms are smaller than other places I’ve been for the same budget. There’s is only 2 elevators for every 15 floors, so get ready to use the stairs or wait 20..30 minutes. Many rooms, like mine, were around the elevator so i had a intermittent noise comming from it 24/7 it gets worse during rush hours. I called the reception but they didn’t do anything. The rooms was way too warm and even opening the window wasn’t enough. The cherry of the cake, which is not hotel fault, this is the worse area i have been in NYC. It super dirty, full of homeless and drug addicted. You can get better places for the same budget.

Excellent location. Attentive service. Satisfactory breakfast. Elevators to upper floors sometimes slow and/ or very crowded. Overall superior value. Would definitely stay again.

There was a lot of noise coming from the wall. We had to switch rooms on the first day because we could not sleep with the loud noise. The second room we switched to was a bit better but the heater was not working when we turn the temperature up.

Very friendly staff and clean hotel!

Hotel was great! Good location, clean, close to shopping and restaurants. The only negative was that we overheard the people at the front desk complaining very loudly about some of the guests. I’m sure they deal with annoying people, but it was incredibly unprofessional and the things they were saying were pretty rude. Also, the “coffee bar” was out of all of the creamers and syrups and when someone asked for more at the front desk, they were told that black coffee was better for them. Our personal interactions with employees were good, just overheard a lot of rudeness. Would stay again though.

Lovely hotel, but very cramped family room, although it had two double beds divided by a small bedside cabinet, there was virtually no room at the other sides of the beds. A family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) with 4 large cases was very tight, no room for cases (we were resourceful having two on the dressing table, one on the suitcase stand and one on a small chair at the end of a bed.) There was a wardrobe which was useful for coats. The bathroom/ shower was a good size but nowhere to hang towels to dry, when hotels are wanting visitors to reuse towels this appears to be an oversight. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel location is good with a short walk to the local Metro station and 15 mins walk from Times Square and Empire State. Breakfast was incredibly busy, seemed quiet chaotic and seats were not always available. The breakfast itself was good quality and plenty of variety. There was often a long wait for the lift during busy times (recommend getting in even if going in the wrong direction!) The few staff we saw were courteous. Check in is from 4pm not 3pm as advertised by Hotel.com and there is no Airport Shuttle service also advertised by Hotel.com. (Stayed over New Year 2020, for 5 nights)
