The views were stunning — waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset from our balcony was pure magic. We have to give a special shout-out to Jose, who was truly amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. Whether it was offering great local recommendations, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, or just being incredibly friendly and professional, Jose made a huge difference. His genuine hospitality stood out and made us feel right at home. The rest of the staff were just as wonderful — attentive, cheerful, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. We also loved the beachside restaurant; the food was delicious and the atmosphere unmatched. "Such an awesome place and incredible restaurant /bakery! I stayed at Itsana down the street for 8 days and swithed to Maya beach hotel. Maya beach is more low key. with a beautiful beach, the rooms aren't some crazy glam rooms but well kept and maintenanced which is why I like it. It's a beautiful family run business and it shows. The restaurant draws all the locals in so that's a good indicator... "
