"We had a wonderful stay even though a typhoon was bearing down on Hong Kong. Excellent staff - particularly Vinod, the manager of the lobby breakfast restaurant. We will stay again!"

"We were stuck staying in our hotel room during the worst typhoon of the year. The housekeeping made sure our rooms were cleaned daily and came to empty our garbages twice a day. The hotel also made sure the three restaurants were open and available to guests during the lockdown. The mall is very convenient with lots of shops, restaurants, grocery store and MTR connected to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and would highly recommend "
