"Recently stayed here as a family of 4 with both kids under 11. Staff has been bery helpful, especially Sandi who helped us navigate our transport options for our departure. Hotel room os spacious for what you can get in the area. About 20min walk to dotonbori and close to other transport/food options. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in Namba. "The staff was amazing, and the room was spotless. I alsa had the chance to see the maintenance crew changing the air filters in the rooms which made me feel more comfortable. Also I had the chance to use the laundry room and it was very convenient. "
"Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again. "
