"Such a great hotel - not fancy, but it’s got loads of character. It’s cosy, clean and the staff are always brilliant. The location’s perfect for museums, galleries, shops, bars and restaurants. I’ve stayed here a few times now and honestly wouldn’t book anywhere else in Glasgow."
"All of the stay was excellent. Checkin and out was smooth and friendly. The bar staff and breakfast staff were lovely and the beeakfadt itself was nice. The room was excellent and the amenities goid. "
"The staff were very pleasant and paid attention to detail. I felt welcome and cared for. Fabian was a pleasure at the front desk. Breakfast was nice and was good to have a meal available in the morning. The only downside was that my bed in my room was falling apart. The slats kept falling off the bed, and there was a light at night that could not be turned off so I didn’t get the best of sleep. And I think there could be a better way to confirm guests for breakfast without making guests feel like they are intruding even though they have the option on their booking plan.
Overall I’d stay at the this property again"
