"Did not have breakfast. Room spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are very close by. Excellent view of the pier an sea. Would stay again."
"Clean and updated room and furnishings in an original style. Good access to the town, seafront and local eateries.
Our room would not have been suitable for individuals with mobility issues, but I seem to remember that was in the hotel blurb. It wasn't a problem for us."
"The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and I was glad to have a kettle and teabags provided. The guest house is a short distance from the seafront and is a good location to walk into the centre of Brighton. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!"
