"Very convenient place near shopping, restaurant, transportation, museum, etcc. The hotel is near both JR line, subway station , and easy access to Narita airport using Keisei line. A few minutes walk to convini when you want to buy snack or drink during late night"

"The service from the staff was excellent. They welcomed us each time upon entering, answered queries, and helped us forward our luggage. Daily room service is available, and the room was kept clean and tidy while we were out. The hotel is well situated in a quiet part of Ueno, with Ueno Station only 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is reasonably priced, especially when considering the location and level of service.
