"Had an overnight stay at this hotel with family of 4. Booked a last minute room (90 minutes upfront).
Room was not prepared and in fact not the one requested (asked bunk bed, got sleep couch). So I had to go ask for additional pillows, blankets, etc. After 30 min, an extra bed, pillows and covers arrived. But too small for my kids. Given it was already quite late by now, we got creative and made do with what we had.
Sleeping couch was very very uncomfortable, did not get much sleep at...

. We saw deer frolicking in the morning. The breakfast was incredible. Probably the best breakfast I've ever had a hotel. And they were really amazing with kids. They gave my kids coloring books when we checked-in and they could do activities to get little prizes."

"The cabins are old and need a bit of work. In the ‘wet’ room bathroom, the water from the shower ran away from the drain and out towards the kitchen.
The crockery, pots and pans weren’t clean and the mattresses were stained, saggy and soft.
It’s very basic accommodation but as they charge you more than a family room at a good hotel it needs to be much better."
