Public transport is usually much faster and cheaper, and from the airport you can take the high-speed TGV which gets you to Paris Nord Station in 25 minutes. Orly Airport is about 12 kilometers south of Paris, with flights arriving from across Europe and North Africa. From here there’s a Tramway service where you can change and get on the metro, or a bus which takes you to the Porte de Choisy area in 40 minutes.
