"I travel frequently and this is the first hotel review I have ever left. I feel compelled to share just how fantastic the staff were - nothing was too much in all areas. I was given a room upgrade on arrival, the breakfast host greeted me by name, the Club lounge team were incredibly accommodating, the pool and spa staff were always friendly and helpful, the list goes on. Nothing was too much and I was shown flexibility and courtesy at all times - the whole service felt really personal. The food was incredible - a vast buffet of very high quality, and the afternoon tea was wonderful too. The beach, though small, was well maintained and the free kayaking was a lovely addition. "Excellent service from the start, I was extremely impressed. I have previously stayed at the Ritz Carlton and Raffles, and I must say from a service perspective, this tops them all. The room sizes are very spacious and beds are really comfortable. Location is fantastic, walking distance to the mall and beach club.
Concierge service was amazing, especially Jeff who went above and beyond to help guide and advise us.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back again soon."
