"Amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk lady who spoke English was really helpful and nice. Excellent customer service also in the dining room. There was someone there to attend to any need. Very clean, amazing rooms, thermal bath was great. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend."

"Overall good but small. Also during my stay it was overcrowded and unable to find seats/beach beds by the pool or at the beach. Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. I was over it and decided to hang around the resort rather than go to experience another trouble. "

"The beach was small but there was never a problem getting a sun bed. The water was calm and clear. Very good for a short swim.
The coffee in the coffee machines was not so good but you could get good coffee for extra and inststant coffee and a hot water kettle was in the room. Very nice new clean rooms!"

"Beautiful new hotel. Extraordinary design. Big clean rooms with air conditioning. Very friendly staff, responsive to all the wishes of the client. Sunbeds next to the sea and the pool are always available. Two restaurants (international and fish) with a variety of dishes. All the food (from appetizer to dessert) was very tasty! Live music in the evenings.

"I was surprised that the room has no cup for mouth wash. The bathroom was no ventilation. We lived two nights, but there were no room cleaning and towel changes in two days. I requested to have extra towels and the staff agreed to send it to the room. But the towels were never arrived..."

"We have stayed here before, semi post pandemic, nice to come back, everything about the hotel is really good, including fantastic pool on the roof with views over the sea and cruise terminal in Kusadasi and city. Possible could do as a further plus would be to have tea and coffee facilities available in the room"

"Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and easy to approach. However internet connection was bad from the rooms. Kids swimming pool needs to be bigger. Location was good easy to get to the shops and dining out.

"The resort is out of the city and you get there on narrow streets. I have stayed at all inclusive resorts in Turkey before and this one was not as nice as the ones imI have stayed before. There was only one small pool at the end of the resort and it was crowded with family’s that had many kids. I di not use the pool even once. Beach are was nice . Snack bar food was only pizaa and fries. Food at main restaurant foe brelafat lunch and dinner was good. My son hiwever got sick with food poisening...
