"What a surprise! Amazing, huge apartment. Ours was on the 24th floor and had a wonderful view of Busan harbour. Convenient to Busan Station with a covered walkway from the station. Beds are comfortable, apartment is new and very clean. The area is cosmopolitan with lots of nearby restaurants. There's no front desk and following the virtual guide they provide for you to check in and find your room might be a little confusing, but if you trust the process you'll get there surprisingly easy.
Communication with staff is quick and helpful, but it does feel a little like you're communicating with an AI. Busan station provides easy access to go out and see the rest of Busan."
