Salgados Hotel Accommodation

"We stayed here for three days with our two children and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Just a small tip: try to go before 9 AM to avoid a wait for seating. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping the room and facilities clean each day. Our only minor issue was the sofa bed—the mattress was quite thin and not very comfortable, even for our lightweight nine-year-old daughter. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay."

"Beautiful, contemporary, stylish, clean. Dining staff needs a bit improvement on service, otherwise good is excellent. Just opened after renovation so understand and totally acceptable, as we were there on the first week. Felt private and exclusive. Happy with location, in the center of Algarve and accessible within 30-45 min to major sightseeing locations."

"We recently stayed in VidaMar Algarve and it was exceptional. The hotel is top quality in every way. The pool area was 10/10. It was so beautiful, clean and comfortable and never too busy. The adult only area is absolutely stunning and so relaxing. The bedrooms are top class. The layout of the shower and bathroom are very well designed and really modern. When you arrive back from a day in the sun the feeling of a gorgeous air conditioned, spotless clean fresh room is just perfect. The cleaners always set the temperature just right for you. The food at breakfast was out of this world and such a variety. We visited the Primadonna restaurant at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The most beautiful beach lies just outside the hotel with a very short walk 2-3 mins along a gorgeous bridge all while looking directly at the sandy Salgados beach. The location of the hotel is just perfect and the surroundings of the other hotels and golf resort is just beautiful to be surrounded by. If you want to travel to Albufeira it is only €7/10 in a Uber. The way the hotel is set it’s just perfect. The staff treat everyone so well in all areas of the resort. We met an incredible guy who works at the VidaMar called Zain. If you stay here make sure to keep an eye out for him he made our stay he treated us with so much kindness and was so helpful. We also met a lovely girl called Sonia from India she was so beautiful and kind. We will definitely be returning to VidaMar it was incredible "

"The hotel is in a great location, quiet with a walking distance to Albufeira old town and local beach. The view from my room to the beach was amazing. The hotel looks old but well maintained. The staff at reception were super helpful and attentive."

"The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. The room had a nice layout. Overall the hotel was quite impressive."

"We loved our honeymoon stay at Tivoli! We felt like Mariana at The One restaurant made us feel so special and really went above and beyond to make our meals amazing and personal. Bernardo also gave some great wine suggestions and local vineyards to check out! We will be back! "
