"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...

"Sherri at the Viceroy was TOP NOTCH and gave us what I refer to as “unreasonable hospitality and customer service!” We live in a world that rarely gives 5-star service without charging an outrageous sum or without requiring request.
