A vacation spot for the entire family -- children, teens, parents, and seniors -- what is not in the immediate area of the water can be reached in minutes -- ball part, speedway, movies, daytona one, tanger outlets, aquarium, museum, shops --- great

Daytona has really stepped up its game! A few years ago, we switched to Cocoa Beach because Daytona had gone downhill. But I have to say, I was impressed on this visit. The area is much more developed now, and the beach was clean and inviting.

Daytona Beach is tired but there are a lot of new buildings going up so it is starting to look fresher along the coastline. We were there for bike week so it was mad but super fun with some really good places to eat e.g. Riptides and Delmare.

First time taking my son to Daytona. We toured the speedway and he absolutely loved it. My son isn't a beach going fella but he did like the beach and he wants to come back so I can teach him boogie boarding.

There is no place like Daytona Beach, it has everything you need for a beautiful vacation. The pool, the ocean front rooms make it so beautiful, everything you need is close by.

Lovely Jackie Robinson ballpark on an island. Terrific riverwalk. Good reuse of Kress building. Lot of attention to its downtown.

We love Daytona. We came for bike week but stayed on after the event as we also like it when it is much quieter.

If you have small children just know this area is where they can drive on the beach. A lot of people weren't watching there children and they were running in front of cars. I don't have small children but was nervous watching these kids.

Sad to see many abandoned buildings, closed businesses, and slow commercial activities. The beach is beautiful, and the people are VERY friendly. Visit Daytona Beach.
"We had a total of 7 in our party which included 4 adults and 3 children, all family. The resort had fun activities for each generation; my husband and I, our adult children and grandchildren. We all marveled over the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen area. The designated spaces for dining-in together along with the resort amenities made it extra special and convenient. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and swimming pool. 10 out of 10 😊
We will definitely recommend this resort property to our friends and other relatives. "

"The rooms were updated and the breakfast was exceptional. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. There was a variety of food within a short distance and the beach was a quick walk downstairs."
"This was a great place to stay. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The maid did not make our beds one morning and just piled the towels on the counter. That was not a big deal, but still. Need more help maybe? I did see one bug in the bathroom. If I saw another one, I would have called. The room itself was good. The bathroom needed to be updated. Kind of run down. The access to the beach was great. Overall we would possibly stay there again. Price was decent. "
"This property is great! It’s right on the beach, just had to walk around the corner of the hotel. Everyone on staff was nice and helpful. They have security at night for the parking lot, which is nice. "
"The area pales in comparison to itz former days. Although walkable & convenient to a lot of things, the area suffered a lot damage due to hurricanes and is slowly trying to rebuild & regain the fun touristy atmosphere. It was sad to see how much had changed but I made the most of it. "
