"Hotel is in a great location, close to Central Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast of croissants and coffee was included. A little fruit would be a nice addition. Checkin was easy and they let us leave our bags and have a coffee before the room was ready. Staff very pleasant and helpful, front desk staff all spoke excellent English. At checkout we were each given a gift bag of snacks which was great for travelling."

"My fault I booked the petite room without windows but I didn’t realise how small it would be nor that it would be below street level. This room was tiny, couldn’t walk all the way around the bed or have suitcases open. Very noisy at night when people stop above on the street to talk. It is a good location for being close to the train station and central Amsterdam. Buffet breakfast was good and a reasonable price. Room was clean and housekeeping ws good. Get a room upstairs if staying here."
