"This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. The room was very well soundproof. It was very calm during the night. And the blackout curtains kept the room dark during the mornings. I liked the coffee place a lot and the choice of ice cream was good. There is quite a well equipped gym and nice indoor swimming pool. Beach

"We were very pleased to have booked this hotel, we wanted to actuslly rest and thats exactly what we got! All the buildings have at most just a ground and 1st floor so when you look up you see the blue skies, no loud music by the pool, no rush of people anywhere like most 5* resorts with bigger room numbers that we have previously stayed in. And most impresively all the staff from the waiters to the gardeners, room keeping to kids club everyone is very polite and helpful again unlike other 5*...

"Our experience at Paloma Finesse was second to none. On arrival we were personally greeted and offered a delicious welcome drink. Throughout our whole stay the service was impeccable - it was probably the best thing about the hotel apart from the obvious! The staff took great care in maintaining cleanliness not just in our room but in the entire facility. The food and drinks was incredible, anything you craved it was basically there. "The way it was kid focused made it the best family vacation to-date. The Entertainment Crew were amazing, and relentlessly worked to include the guests every day, but let us just bake under the sun lazily if we wanted to. The spa center was high quality. I've been to at least 20 Turkish hamams, and this is by far the cleanest, most aesthetically charming bath house I've been to. For a massage, ask for Dehwi, simply the best."
