"This hotel has so much potential, but many details are missing. From music to create a pleasant atmosphere in the communal areas, especially restaurant and breakfast space. (So awkward to hear everyone chew their food around you and the kitchen staff comments in the background) To electrical jobs left undone in the room leaving holes in the ceiling right above our heads on the pillows, or dead light switches that forced us to get up from the bed to turn the lights on and off. "Absolutely fantastic. Very close to Montepulciano which is an amazingly well preserved Tuscan hill town with incredible art and architecture. The underground tour at Ercolano winery is an experience that will create lifelong memories. Viila Ambra itself has beautiful grounds and a very well-maintained pool. The 2 BR apartments are quite large with balconies running the length of the units and overlooking lush forested grounds. The restaurant on the grounds is fantastic -- we ate there 3 of...

"I'm seriously impressed by how beautiful this hotel was. Rustic, beautiful tiles and floors, doors, gorgeous gardens and pool, all built into the side of a mountain with a stream running by as a view for breakfast. The room was also spacious and clean. The bathtub also apparently doubled as a jacuzzi though I didn't partake. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Air on included. Parking included. Rooms were quiet despite property being near a road. "
