The room was clean with clean bedding. Shower was perfect. Breakfast choices while we stayed were waffles, cereal, fruits, omelet and bacon. Staff at check-in was friendly and had everything ready for us when we got there.

Worst stay ever!

Well first my aunt got stuck in the elevator for almost an hour and a half. The phone and emergency button dud not work. The paper in the elevator showed it hadn't been inspected in over 7 years. Then first room that we got put in had a bunch of stuff that didn't work. The second room wasnt much better. The phone didn't even work to call the fron desk.

The hotel currently is under renovation and converting to Fairfield by Marriott. Although the room I got is new, but during my stay, the handle to the shower door came off the 2nd night. I called the front and they said the maintenance crew was gone and they promised it will be fixed the next day. Unfortunately it still didn’t get done by the next day. I think one will be better off to wait until the all renovations are done before coming to this hotel to stay

Uncaring and unknowledgeable staff. They stopped caring about their place of business and their guests. Add to the fact the facility was under renovation and should have been closed for the duration of the work made this such a poor experience.

Our stay at the Ramada was not great. While the staff member at the front desk was nice everything else wasn’t. The building was under construction and the elevator was broken. They put us on the 4th floor which was annoying to lug up our bags. The room had not been vacuumed, there were a couple bugs, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows awful. The ac did not work and the room was north of 75F when we entered. The smoke detector had been covered by a bag. I would not recommend the Ramada.
