Decent stay, the room did have an off smell but it was clean. Its in a busy area but for one night it wasn't a bad stay.

Clean and comfortable

A quick overnight stay. Easy check in, room dated and well worn but clean and bed comfortable. About what you’d expect for the price. We are well rested and on our way. Assortment of dining options in the area.

They'll give what you don't want

We reserved and paid for a king deluxe. They called me and pressured me to check-in early so they didn't have to wait for me to arrive. Also they did NOT have the room I reserved and paid for. Would Not refund. Don't stay here

clean and quite

If you are looking for everything new and shiny this isn't the place for you but if you are just looking for a clean and quite night sleep. this is the place for you. and easy to get to savannah.

Pictures don't paint an accurate picture. The property would be fine for a work overnight or drivers passing through, but it is absolutely not somewhere to stay for leisure.

Good “snack bag”

Well I’m not sure if this was a one time thing or something do all the time but they don’t allow access to the lobby either time morning or afternoon and they don’t do breakfast but do offer “snack bags”. Young ladie that did check in constantly made sure to tell us theres no smoking in the rooms. Although I don’t smoke anything but was felt she was telling me this based on my appearance but I could be wrong too. Overall not a bad place to stay as we would stay again if in the area again.

8/10 Very good

It was easy to find with gas stations, fast food around the corner/ walkable. The room was reasonably clean but both beds had a bunch of hair in it. I had to pull some teeth with the front desk to get an extra towel for my child because he hesitated to believe that there was only 2 sets of towels in the room. I was only provided 1 large towel. No face cloth or hand towel. I didn't argue coz i was tired but thought that was a bit weird when you know there's 3 in the room and you just checked up in. Everything else was fine

Not a glamorous hotel, basically right off of 95. It was fine for what we used it for---an overnight stay on the way to Florida. Would not recommend for an extended say or while staying in Savannah. The pictures do make it look little less like what it is. This is a budget motel across the street from a very busy truck stop/convenience store. The staff was very odd. They called us asking what time we were checking in around 8:30 pm while we were still driving. When we got to the property, they asked some slightly specific questions about our kid and old they are. I'm not sure if that was because of child trafficking or not, but it was a little strange. We all complained about being itchy when we sat on the bed. We did not see bed bugs, but both my wife and I had bug bites that we discovered by the next day. The toilet in the room had an awful wh I'mistling noise when flushed.

Do Not Stay at this Dump. Nasty!

The sheets were dirty as was the room and it smelled. People around back doing drugs in their car. People on both sides of me blaring the TV and a radio. After talking with 3 people, and debating the linen situation they finally changed my sheets. The ceilings and picture had mold growing on them. The AC was blowing junk all over the bed so I had to cover half the vent. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned every surface BEFORE even bringing my stuff in. I couldn't leave with a refund so I toughed this dump out for 5 days. The owners room backed up to mine so every time they'd cook or bang around I'd smell their food and hear them up until around 11pm. I had stayed here twice previously several years ago. It must have had different owners because they no longer provide breakfast and the customer service, furniture and rooms have gone way downhill. I'll never stay at the Inn at Mulberry Grove again.
AC vents blowing junk all over the bed
Mold spots all over the picture
I wiped up some of the AC junk from the disgusting floor. This is one fast swipe
Non smoking but my linens had food, hair and burn holes

I wish I could share photos of my room. As soon as I walked into the room, my allergies started acting up soooo bad. I took pictures of the filth on the air conditioner filters and then had them come and clean them out. The wi-fi NEVER worked for the 4 days we were there. Right behind the hotel is a open parking lot for truckers, which came in and out all night, the trailers hooked up and unhooked all night. There was a large mirror over the sink, but there was no lighting so you could not put on your makeup. There was rust and mold in the bathroom. They had a "pick up and go" breakfast which was the same every morning. Granola bar, apple, water and a mini 3 pack of donuts. But you had to go to the lobby the day before to get the bagged breakfast. Room also decorated in Early American Thrift Shop. Furniture was all cracked or missing pieces. The TV was extremely hard to figure out. The fire escape plan was located in a desk drawer, not on the back of the door as required. Would NOT stay again.

The room smelled horrible, the guy at the counter was rude, the floor and bed sheets were damp, one lamp didn’t work & the other was about to fall off of the wall when you touched it, the sink water drain got clogged every time you washed your hands or brushed your teeth, the tv had a black line running down the middle of it, and the shower has mold growing in it.

Bed bugs

Can’t expect much from the price. Room looked about what you’d expect from a cheap hotel. Booked a king bed, but we were given a full. Was told we were already getting a “discount rate” since all the king rooms were booked, but worker would not give me any proof to back that up. Wasn’t really a huge issue though. Second night I found bed bugs in the mattress and had to change rooms. Worker reacted like that was a common thing. Wouldn’t recommend.
